  • Welcome to our registration guide to register for our sessions smoothly and efficiently.

    Open Registration Period

    • Duration: Typically lasts 2 to 3 weeks.

    • Access: Flyers with a QR code or link will be sent home for easy registration in students Friday Folders.

    • Full Registration: A class will achieve full status when all enrollment spots are filled or when the registration deadline arrives, which is the day before the first class at 7:00 PM. This step is crucial for preparing rosters for teachers, school administration and sending welcome emails. After that point, you will need to join the waitlist for available spots or future sessions.

    • Closing Date: Registration will officially close 1 week after classes start. Register within this time to secure your child's spot.

    Early Registration for Current Students

    • Eligibility: Parents with a student in the current session get early access for the next session.

    • Advantages: Secure a spot before open registration starts.

    Waitlist Registration

    • Full Class Procedure: If a class is full, join the waitlist, for the next session.

    • Open Spots: may still be available or may become available later. Being on the waitlist guarantees you a chance to enroll if that happens.

    • Waitlist Benefits: Register before early registration, increasing your chances for a spot.

    • Open Registration, A Second Chance: Missed the waitlist? Don't worry—open registration gives you another opportunity. Spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Our educational programs offer a variety of scheduling options to accommodate the diverse needs of schools and institutions. While most session can last 7 weeks, they can also be longer or as short as 6 weeks. We understand that each school may have unique requirements, we have designed our classes with flexibility in mind.

  • ​At Xolo Spanish, we believe that a truly effective learning environment starts with safety and inclusivity. We know our checkout form asks for a fair amount of detail, but every question is intentional and necessary to ensure your child has the best experience possible:

    • ​Prioritizing Child Safety: By collecting detailed information on allergies and specific pickup arrangements, we can ensure a secure environment for every student.

    • ​Supporting Individual Needs: We strive to provide a personalized experience for each child. Knowing about a student’s 504 plan, sensory needs, or if they are on the spectrum allows us to make the necessary accommodations so they can thrive.

    • ​Meeting Program Standards: Some information is required by the schools where we operate, and having accurate contact and emergency details ensures we remain in compliance with all school and operational requirements.

    ​We value your privacy and trust. Please be assured that all information provided is kept strictly confidential and is used solely for the purpose of supporting your child’s journey within our Spanish enrichment program.

  • Class costs usually range from $20 to $22.80. Several factors influence these prices.

    Influencing Factors

    1. Session Duration: Shorter sessions often cost $20.80 to $22.80 due to fixed costs like instructor fees and facility usage, which don't change with session length.

    2. School Differences: Pricing varies by school based on location, and resources. Each school has its own costs. As a result, the cost per class can vary significantly from one school to another.

  • Flat Rate Discount

    For families with multiple siblings enrolled, we provide a flat rate discount of $50 per sibling. This discount is automatically applied to your total amount due at the time of payment.

    Additional Discounts

    We offer community rates and need-based scholarships to support families experiencing financial need. Please contact us to inquire about available options.

    Refund Process

    In the event that your discount is not automatically applied during your transaction, please rest assured that we are committed to ensuring you receive the benefits you are entitled to. Our office will gladly refund the discount that should have been applied.

  • The policy:

    • Refunds are available for cancellations before the class begins.

    • Once the class has begun, you can cancel and receive a refund for the remaining class, with a charge of only one class plus a $10.00 cancellation fee.

    • After the first week of class, no refunds will be issued for remaining classes.

    • No refunds will be issued if a student misses a class or is enrolled in another activity during the same period.

    • In the event of scheduling conflicts, contact us so we may accommodate students' needs.

    • If Xolo Spanish cancels a class, a refund will be issued for that specific class.

  • Yes! We are developing an immersive, culturally insightful summer camp experience for the 2027 school year, designed for students to connect, thrive, and grow their language skills together. As we build this program, here is what families can look forward to:

    • ​Loyalty Benefits: We value our dedicated families. Students who register for any Xolo Spanish session during the school year will be eligible for an exclusive member discount on their summer camp tuition.

    • ​Age-Appropriate Immersion: We plan to structure our camp into small class groups (Kindergarten through 8th Grade) to ensure that every activity is perfectly tailored to your child’s age and learning level.

    • ​A Nurturing Environment: Our vision is to build a space where students not only develop language proficiency but also form lifelong friendships through shared learning, laughter, and cultural exploration.

    • ​Safety First: Our camp will prioritize a secure and supportive environment, featuring dedicated safety monitoring and structured transitions between all activities to ensure every child is accounted for.
